Prompt and great service — I went into the physical store to get scheduled and they were able to get out the same week to service my fireplace as well as add a remote. The technician Wes was on time and very thorough with the service. He also took time to go over each component of my fireplace in case I run into issues down the road. Highly recommend and I’ll be calling them again for any future needs.

We thought we were going to have a difficult replacement, but the gentlemen who came and replaced and installed our insert did a great job, I was amazed it went as easily as it did. We had a slight issue with some ticking sounds from the unit and the gentleman who did the repair was very thorough and did a wonderful job. Lastly, the surround for the insert took longer to get in than we would have wanted, but when it was installed and completed we were very happy.

The workmanship was excellent, the communication was clear throughout the process, and everything was done professionally and thoughtfully. The finished fireplace looks great and works perfectly. This is the second fireplace Croft has done for me. My Living room Valor fireplace is awesome, I use it almost daily during the winter months. When I realized I could put a fireplace in in my family room, I knew who to call. They looked at my job quickly estimated it the same day and I was on the schedule for a few weeks later. It was done in time for a family party. I highly recommend Croft!
