My two installers were very efficient and timely. Completed the installation of my fireplace today. They both were very polite and courteous and took the time to lay down. Tarps and cleaned up after themselves very efficiently. When they were done. After completing the installation, they took the time to explain the switch functions as well as the remote functions. And i'm very well pleased with the work that they've done.

Our technician from Croft went above and beyond to make sure our fireplace was taken care of! Will definitely be using them going forward for all our fireplace needs!

Prompt and great service — I went into the physical store to get scheduled and they were able to get out the same week to service my fireplace as well as add a remote. The technician Wes was on time and very thorough with the service. He also took time to go over each component of my fireplace in case I run into issues down the road. Highly recommend and I’ll be calling them again for any future needs.

We have had some serious mystery issues with our fireplace & the technician dug into each of them until they were solved, even going back & readjusting some repairs he had done. I am so grateful for his expertise, persistence & professionalism! We’ve had others try to repair it before, but he was the first to explain what was happening, why the fire was acting the way it was, & what he did to fix the multiple issues. Highly recommend!!

We thought we were going to have a difficult replacement, but the gentlemen who came and replaced and installed our insert did a great job, I was amazed it went as easily as it did. We had a slight issue with some ticking sounds from the unit and the gentleman who did the repair was very thorough and did a wonderful job. Lastly, the surround for the insert took longer to get in than we would have wanted, but when it was installed and completed we were very happy.

We had a gas fireplace installed by Croft Fireplace and could not be happier with the experience. Our home is older and the gas line routing was complex, but their team took the time to really understand the situation and figure out a clean, safe solution. The workmanship was excellent, the communication was clear throughout the process, and everything was done professionally and thoughtfully. The finished fireplace looks great and works perfectly.
