Prompt and great service — I went into the physical store to get scheduled and they were able to get out the same week to service my fireplace as well as add a remote. The technician Wes was on time and very thorough with the service. He also took time to go over each component of my fireplace in case I run into issues down the road. Highly recommend and I’ll be calling them again for any future needs.

I had an older fireplace needing repairs and cleaning after a remodel. The Croft technician was able to do everything I had hoped and the end result was better than I could have expected at a lower price than I expected.

Their engineering wizard, Wes, spent hours at our home problem solving and making sure our home was safe and sound before he wrapped up the project. We thought we were going to have a difficult replacement, but the gentlemen who came and replaced and installed our insert did a great job, I was amazed it went as easily as it did. We had a slight issue with some ticking sounds from the unit and the gentleman who did the repair was very thorough and did a wonderful job. Lastly, the surround for the insert took longer to get in than we would have wanted, but when it was installed and completed we were very happy.

We had a gas fireplace installed by Croft Fireplace and could not be happier with the experience. Our home is older and the gas line routing was complex, but their team took the time to really understand the situation and figure out a clean, safe solution. The workmanship was excellent, the communication was clear throughout the process, and everything was done professionally and thoughtfully. The finished fireplace looks great and works perfectly. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend Croft Fireplace to anyone looking for quality work and problem solving expertise. Croft came out and fixed a fireplace they didn't install, Wes was fantastic, explained everything in detail and even improved the fireplace aesthetics. Great experience.

This is the second fireplace Croft has done for me. My Living room Valor fireplace is awesome, I use it almost daily during the winter months. When I realized I could put a fireplace in in my family room, I knew who to call. They looked at my job quickly estimated it the same day and I was on the schedule for a few weeks later. It was done in time for a family party. I highly recommend Croft!

They did a great job putting in a new gas stove in my living room and adding the gas line. Very professional and knowledgeable. I am so happy with the result!

This is our third fireplace from Croft. They do an excellent job. A year or so ago, we put the high end Valor in one area of our house and honestly it’s a bit too warm. We recently put a lower end model in a rental and without blower it is great. We added the blower to have the option of heating a larger extended space further from the fireplace. It’s nice to have options but the blower is really not necessary. I recommend saving money and buying their lower end fireplace. Overall, they do a good job and I recommend them, their products and services.

I love our new valor electric fireplace! Working with everyone at Croft was super easy and enjoyable. In particular our installer was fantastic! He answered all my questions, was incredibly professional and kind and may have actually left my house cleaner than it was when he arrived (I have two kids and I’m quite sure a large part of what he vacuumed up was their crumbs). I would absolutely recommend Croft Fireplace. High quality fireplace, kind people and great customer service.

The tech showed up right on time. Hw was very nice and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options. He didn't have the part on his truck but was nice enough to go back to his shop and grt one. After the install he taught me how to operate it. 5 Stars!!!!
