We had our gas fireplace serviced today by Technician Wes from Crofts in Bountiful! Wes did a fantastic, thorough job, at diagnosing an ignition problem and completely cleaning and restoring our fireplace. It's working good as new now. Wish we had done this sooner.m, but now we'reready for this upcoming winter!! Great job!! Very happy customers!

Wes came to service my fireplace and did a great job! Explained how things worked and re-arranged the logs so it made it look better esthetically. He took his shoes off and placed a “sheet” on the ground to keep my rug clean. Great service and I highly recommend!

My two installers were very efficient and timely. Completed the installation of my fireplace today. They both were very polite and courteous and took the time to lay down. Tarps and cleaned up after themselves very efficiently. When they were done. After completing the installation, they took the time to explain the switch functions as well as the remote functions. And i'm very well pleased with the work that they've done.

Prompt and great service — I went into the physical store to get scheduled and they were able to get out the same week to service my fireplace as well as add a remote. The technician Wes was on time and very thorough with the service. He also took time to go over each component of my fireplace in case I run into issues down the road. Highly recommend and I’ll be calling them again for any future needs.
